About Elizabeth
As a lifelong learner and educator I thrive in supporting individuals to take risks, reach beyond their comfort zones, and learn to be their own best advocate. Understanding how our brains process information is key to success in school and in life. Each of us has our own unique means of processing, practicing, and learning concepts to develop the skills and methods necessary for mastery.
Second language learning, writing, test prep, and assignment completion require executive function skills necessary to keep all the moving parts of school and life organized. Content mastery is only half the challenge. As a former classroom Spanish teacher, student advisor, and current educational therapist specializing in language arts, it brings me great joy to work with families, students, and adults to empower them to better understand how they learn.
